During our half day with the team, we created a variety of headshots on both a white and grey backdrop, along with some fun signage pictures for future content. Team shots took place in the ground floor cafe, and working pictures were captured during the team training session late morning. Lucy also invited her mentee, a photography student, to have headshots and see how we worked during the session.

BUSINESS HEADSHOTS – THE PROCESS
STEP 1 – PRE SESSION TELEPHONE/ZOOM CONSULTATION
Our complimentary pre-session telephone consultation will ensure you know what will happen before, during and after your session – we discuss your marketing team’s remit and how the images will be used to ensure we provide the best advice for a cohesive aesthetic for your company and advise on timings for the day. It’s important to consider what to wear, as clothing choices tell a story and portray a particular image or look; the business suit is no longer prerequisite, looking like you’ve made an effort to dress appropriately is. This is also when we’ll book a date in the diary for your session/s.
STEP 2 – THE SESSION
Your session will take place, either on location or in the studio; all images will be professionally lit and the flow of the day will be managed by my assistant. Each client will get to choose an image they’re happy with because we know this makes the marketing team’s job much easier!
STEP 3 – DIGITAL DELIVERY
Your individually edited photographs will be sent via WeTransfer to meet your pre-discussed timescale.
