THE CLIENT
The Norfolk Magazine is Norfolk’s premier lifestyle magazine with a rich heritage that dates back decades. Over the years my career as a freelance Feature’s Writer has seen me cover some wonderful stories for a number of national and international publications; now settled in Norfolk, I’m honoured to provide features and pitch to the Editors of Norfolk Magazine, past and present. A commission is never guaranteed and a Writer/Photographer is only as good as their last feature!
THE REMIT
To tell the story of Simon – a bloke in the woods, and his personal journey to becoming a Youtube sensation. Simon’s story is a tale of a man and his canine companion camping, canoeing and having adventures. The full feature is available to read in the May/June 2021 issue of Norfolk Magazine.
THE RESULT
Words and pictures to produce a seven-page feature. Simon is also mentioned and pictured in the Editor’s Letter and in the Inside section of the magazine.
